Hi, I’m Dolly, the founder of Effective. Before I started working on skincare, I was an architect. I’ve always believed that great design starts with purpose — every line, every material, every decision has to make sense. When I began creating Effective, I applied the same thinking to skincare. I wanted products that were clean, comfortable and truly effective.
It took years of testing and fine-tuning to get our first formula right. We kept going until the sunscreen felt as good as it performed — lightweight, hydrating and easy to wear every day. That process taught me that simplicity is powerful when it’s backed by real science and patience.
Today, Effective is about more than sunscreen. We’re building a line of skincare that fits real life — formulas that protect, nourish and work without fuss. From our upcoming moisturiser to our everyday face mist, each product follows the same rule: honest ingredients, tested results and thoughtful design.
