Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product received is incorrect
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original packaging

Clear images/videos of the issue are required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Skin reaction or dissatisfaction (as skincare results vary)

Opened or used products
(Standard across skincare brands globally.)
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Store Credit
In select cases, we may offer store credit instead of refunds, at our discretion.
